You can duplicate data from one S3 bucket to another S3 bucket in the same region, a different region, or both using Amazon S3 Replication. By using this functionality, you can accomplish data redundancy, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance. All items, fresh objects, or particular objects based on object tags can all be replicated using S3 replication. Replication rules can also be set up to filter items based on object tags and/or prefixes.
