How we are set up. The practice runs as two legal entities: Pushpjeet IT Consultant in Indore, India, and PITC LLC in the United States. Clients contract with whichever suits their procurement and invoicing, and the same team delivers the work either way.
PITC LLC was founded on a simple observation: the people best placed to advise on a system are the people who have run one, and the people best placed to teach a technology are the people who still use it. Our consultants and trainers are working engineers, not full-time presenters.
That shapes how we work. Consulting engagements end with something running, documented and handed over. Training programmes are built from your environment, with labs on your stack, and are judged by what participants can do afterwards — not by how many slides were covered.
Pushpjeet Cholkar, Founder & CEO
Pushpjeet brings seventeen years of engineering experience spanning Oracle databases, AWS, Terraform, data engineering and applied machine learning. He has worked across Oracle releases from 8i through 23ai as a certified Oracle consultant, and designs and delivers cloud and AI programmes for corporate clients.
Alongside consulting, he teaches at university level and delivers bootcamp curriculum for international training providers — work that keeps the company close to how people actually learn technical material.
