This Privacy Policy explains how Pushpjeet IT Consultant (“PITC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit www.pitcsolutions.com, enquire about our consulting services, engage our trainers, or buy and take our online technical courses.
We are based in India and operate together with our affiliate PITC LLC, USA. By using this website or our services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit your information to us.
Scope of this policy. This policy covers our website, enquiry forms, consulting engagements and training delivery as they operate today. It also describes our online course platform, learner accounts, payments and certificates. Some of those services are not yet live on this website; where that is the case, the provisions describing them take effect from the date the service launches, and this page will be updated with a revised “Last updated” date at that time.
1. Who we are
- Business name: Pushpjeet IT Consultant (proprietor: Pushpjeet Cholkar)

- Phone: +91-7049235525
- Website: www.pitcsolutions.com
- US affiliate: PITC LLC, United States
For personal data collected through this website, we act as the data fiduciary (controller). When we process data on behalf of a client — for example, learner records supplied to us for a corporate training programme — we act as a data processor and follow that client’s written instructions and our agreement with them.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Contact and enquiry details: name, email address, phone number, company or institution, job title, country, and the content of your message when you fill in a contact, demo, quotation or callback form.
- Course and account details: name, email, phone, username and password, billing details, GST number (if you ask for a GST invoice), course selections, and any profile information you add.
- Learning data: lessons completed, time spent, quiz and assessment results, assignments and project submissions, certificates issued, and support queries raised during a course.
- Trainer and applicant details: if you apply to work with us as a trainer or associate, your CV, qualifications, certifications, experience, availability, rate expectations and references.
- Correspondence: emails, WhatsApp messages, chat transcripts and call notes exchanged with us, and feedback, reviews or testimonials you choose to give.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, and language settings.
- Pages viewed, referring URL, links clicked, time and date of visit, and session duration.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
- Server logs and security records used to detect abuse, fraud and technical faults.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Payment confirmations and transaction references from our payment gateway.
- Sign-in details if you choose to register or log in through a third-party account (for example Google or LinkedIn) — normally your name, email address and profile picture.
- Enrolment lists supplied by a corporate or university client for a training programme.
- Publicly available business information used for B2B outreach.
2.4 What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information such as health records, biometric data, caste, religion, or political affiliation. We never store your full card number, CVV or net-banking credentials — payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway, and we receive only a confirmation and the last four digits of the instrument used.
3. How we use your information
| Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|
| Respond to enquiries | Answering your questions, sending proposals, scheduling calls and demos |
| Deliver services | Providing consulting, assigning trainers, running training batches, giving access to courses and course materials |
| Process orders | Taking payment, issuing invoices and receipts, handling refunds and cancellations |
| Support and administration | Verifying identity, managing your account, resolving technical issues, issuing certificates |
| Improve our offering | Understanding which courses and pages are useful, fixing problems, developing new content |
| Marketing | Sending course updates, offers and newsletters where you have asked for them or where permitted by law |
| Security and fraud prevention | Protecting accounts and course content from unauthorised access, sharing or copying |
| Legal and accounting | Meeting tax, accounting, audit and other statutory obligations |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our mailing lists.
4. Our legal basis for processing
For users in India, we rely on your consent, or on the legitimate uses permitted by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we process information in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases under the GDPR are:
- Contract — to deliver the course, consulting or trainer engagement you have bought or requested.
- Consent — for marketing emails, non-essential cookies, and testimonials.
- Legitimate interests — to secure our website, prevent fraud, understand how our site is used, and carry out business-to-business outreach.
- Legal obligation — to keep tax and accounting records.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and it may mean we can no longer provide a service that depends on that data.
5. Sharing your information
We share personal information only where it is needed, and only with:
- Service providers who work on our behalf: website and email hosting, learning management platform, payment gateway, video hosting, CRM and email marketing tools, video-conferencing platforms, analytics providers, and accountants. They may use your data only for the services they provide to us.
- Trainers and consultants engaged by us, who receive the minimum participant information needed to deliver a session.
- Corporate or institutional sponsors, where your employer, university or training partner has paid for your participation. In that case we may share attendance, completion status and assessment results with them.
- Our affiliate PITC LLC, USA, for delivery of services and internal administration.
- Authorities, where disclosure is required by law, a court order, or a lawful government request, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- A buyer or successor, if the business is sold, merged or reorganised — subject to this policy continuing to apply.
6. International transfers
We are based in India and work with clients and service providers worldwide, including in the United States and the European Union. Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside your country. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and we require our providers to apply comparable protection.
7. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, secure form submissions and measure how the site is used.
- Essential cookies — needed for login, checkout and security. The site will not work properly without them.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages and courses people find useful. Where analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics.
- Marketing cookies — used only if we run advertising or remarketing campaigns, and only with your consent where required.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may break parts of the site, such as the course player or checkout. Where required by law, we ask for your consent through a cookie banner before setting non-essential cookies.
8. Course content and learner conduct
Access to our online courses and learning platform is personal to you. Sharing your login, recording sessions, downloading or redistributing course material is not permitted and may result in suspension of access. We keep records of logins, devices and platform activity to detect and act on such misuse, and to verify attendance and completion before we issue a certificate.
9. How long we keep your data
| Type of data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Enquiry and proposal records | Up to 3 years from the last contact |
| Learner accounts and learning records | For the life of the account, and up to 3 years after it becomes inactive |
| Certificates and completion records | Retained long term so that certificates can be verified |
| Invoices, payment and tax records | As required by Indian tax law, generally 8 years |
| Marketing contacts | Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete |
| Website and server logs | Up to 12 months |
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
10. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and role-based permissions, password hashing, restricted administrator accounts, and vetted hosting and payment providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you think your account has been compromised. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the affected users and the relevant authority as required by law.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- confirm what personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it;
- correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- erase data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
- withdraw consent, including consent to marketing;
- restrict or object to certain processing, or receive your data in a portable format (EEA/UK users);
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity (Indian users, under the DPDP Act).
To make a request, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We may ask for proof of identity, and we will respond within 30 days. Requests that are excessive or repetitive may be declined, with reasons. Some data must be retained for legal or accounting reasons even after you ask us to delete it.
12. Marketing communications
We send course announcements, offers and newsletters only to people who have asked for them or who have bought from or enquired with us. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of WhatsApp or SMS updates by replying STOP or writing to us. We will still send transactional messages — invoices, course access details, schedule changes and certificates — because they are part of the service.
13. Children
Our services are meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where a person under 18 is enrolled by a parent, guardian or institution, we process their data only on that basis and with verifiable consent, and we do not use it for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising. If you believe a child has given us personal data without proper consent, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Third-party links
Our website and course material link to third-party sites, cloud consoles and documentation. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before sharing information with them.
15. Grievance Officer
In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you may contact our Grievance Officer with any complaint about how your personal data is handled:
